The centerpiece of this project is a 14’x14’ Aria aluminum pergola in white, crafted by Renaissance Patio Products. Known for their clean lines and modern durability, this pergola provides both shade and structure for the new outdoor kitchen.

Pergola highlights include:

• Free-standing aluminum structure, bolted to the paver deck
• Heavy-duty beams with a raised truss and straight-end design
• Silver Galvalume roof for long-term protection
• Concrete foundation footers per engineered plans
• Electrical setup including:
• Appliance outlet for the owner’s fan
• Four LED puck lights with a dedicated switch

This pergola doesn’t just look incredible—it’s engineered to last.

Custom Outdoor Kitchen: Built-In Luxury and Functionality

What truly elevates this project is the custom 22 linear feet of concrete outdoor kitchen cabinetry, wrapped in a premium stone veneer selected from Tile Outlets of America. The design features:

• Stone veneer on all visible sides
• Stucco finish on the grill/smoker back wall
• Custom Poured Concrete countertops
• A 16’ concrete bar overhang for guests to sit, relax, and enjoy the cooking action

This outdoor kitchen was designed around the owner’s top-tier equipment:

• Blackstone 36” Built-In natural gas griddle 
• Installed with a 40” double-drawer/door combo below
• Traeger Built-In smoker
• With 40” double access doors for storage
• TrueFlame 24” outdoor-rated refrigerator
• Stainless steel undermount bar sink with pull-out faucet
• Pull-out trash/recycling drawer
• Multiple appliance and convenience electrical outlets

Every element was intentionally placed to maximize workflow, comfort, and visual appeal.

Bar Area Built for Hosting

A Cookin' Outdoors standout feature of this build is the 13’ pedestal bar, supported by two concrete pedestals wrapped in stone veneer and finished with more custom poured concrete countertop space. This creates a welcoming spot for hosting, serving drinks, or enjoying meals outdoors.

Integrated Utilities for a Seamless Experience

To ensure everything functions perfectly, our team integrated all necessary utilities:

• Plumbing tied into existing water + drain lines
• Electrical tied into existing ODK circuits
• Natural gas hookup connected to pre-existing NG lines

These utility connections allow for complete functionality—ensuring the sink, appliances, lighting, and gas equipment all operate flawlessly.

Final Touches + Homeowner Involvement

The homeowner personally selected the fan and paint to ensure the pergola matched their home’s color palette and lifestyle vision. All stone materials were handpicked locally for a fully custom finish.
